Kissandmatch.com is a service for single adults to meet each other online. By using the website you agree to be bound by the "Terms of Use" in this agreement whether or not you register as a member.  If you object to anything in this agreement or the Kissandmatch.com Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or the Service. The Terms of Use are subject to change at any time.  Your use of the service will constitute acceptance by you regarding any changes.

By using the website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement/contract and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

<LI>You may become a member of the service at no cost.  You will have the ability to participate in some, but not all, of the features and services available within the service.  At the time when the site becomes a paying site your options will change.  Kissandmatch.com and its owners reserve the right to change costs and service options at any time.   
                                           <LI>     Terms
<LI>This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the website. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the FAQ pages.  When you terminate your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period.  Kissandmatch.com may terminate your membership/subscription by sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership.  If you violate or breach the terms of this agreement/contract NO refund will be available. All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made in the sole discretion of kissandmatch.com.  No notice prior to terminating your membership/subscription will be required. Kissandmatch.com is not required, and may be prohibited, from disclosing the reason/s for the termination of your account. Even after your membership or subscription is terminated, this agreement will remain in effect. All terms will survive termination of this agreement. 
   <LI>  The Website is only for the personal use of individual members.  It may NOT be used by any: Businesses, Organizations, Companies, and it may NOT be used for any Commercial Endeavor.  Illegal or unauthorized uses of the website is strictly prohibited.  This includes: collecting usernames, email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, unauthorized framing of or linking to the website, etc.  Violations will be investigated, and legal action will be taken regarding civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
                                       <LI>     Security.
<LI>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that you choose.  You are totally responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify Kissandmatch.com of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security.   It is your absolute responsibility to exit from your account at the end of each session.  Kissanmdatch.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from public or shared computers.  This helps prevent unauthorized use of your password and other personal information.   Disabling your auto-sign in feature or other similar feature is mandatory to maintain your security if you share your computer.

<LI>You are solely and totally responsible for your interactions with other members.  All information you include in your Member profile must be accurate, current and complete.  Bad behavior towards our customer care representatives may result in the termination of your contract/agreement.  You understand that Kissandmatch.com does NOT in any way screen its members, nor does Kissandmatch.com investigate the background of any of its members or attempt to verify the statements of its members.  Anyone who joins may post whatever.  Kissandmatch.com makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct or moral behavior of members who join.   Compatibility and choice to meet with any current or future members is the sole responsibility of all members.  You are solely responsible for the content that you publish, display, transmit, or post on the service.  Violation and breach of contract by the use of: lies, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights, which may include: intellectual property, rights of privacy and publicity is strictly prohibited. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to the Kissandmatch.com or to any other member.  Under no circumstances will Kissandmatch.com or its affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or other content posted on the website, or any information transmitted by any Members.
<LI>At no time shall Kissamdmatch.com be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the site/service.  Including without limitation: bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with registered users of this service.  
You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of the service, particularly if you meet in person. 
You understand and agree that Kissandmatch.com may review and may delete any: content, messages, double-blind emails, photos, profiles, or information deemed unsuitable (which may also include the posting of phone numbers, addresses and or any other personal information) and that in the sole judgment of Kissandmatch.com violates this agreement or which is offensive, illegal, violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of members.
 <LI>   By posting content to any public area of Kissandmatch.com, you automatically grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to Kissandmatch.com, its affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute such information and content, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You further represent and warrant that public posting and use of your content by Kissandmatch.com will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

Examples:   Abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous statements or actions. Fraudulent headers that manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the site.  Theft, modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompiling, or otherwise disassembling of any portion of the Kissandmatch.com site. In order to protect the integrity of the service, Kissandmatch.com reserves the right at any time and with sole discretion to block persons or entities with certain IP addresses from accessing the Website.

<LI>You or your agents agree to pay Kissandmatch.com all charges at the price of joining. When using your billing account you authorize Kissandmatch.com to charge your payment provider for the service. You agree to make payment using whatever payment options you have chosen.  Your continued use of the service reaffirms that you are not terminating your agreement with Kissandmatch.com.   Cancellation of your agreement/contract may be done by you at anytime, however billing will not end till the last day of the month.  Billing cycles are monthly and term limit contracts are non-refundable unless you become married.

Kissandmatch.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, unauthorized access, failure of emails, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, traffic congestion on the Internet, theft or destruction as related to functionality of the site.
